These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dallas Home Improvement Cleaning Services website and your engagement of our window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, furniture cleaning, carpet cleaning, and post-construction cleaning services (collectively, the "Services"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes provided by phone, text, or through this website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work, property condition, or access differs from what was described at the time of the quote. We will communicate any pricing changes before beginning or continuing work.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being serviced at the scheduled appointment time, including access to exterior water and power sources where required. If our crew cannot access the property or complete the job as scheduled through no fault of our own, a trip or rescheduling fee may apply.
We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you in advance.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking.
We take pride in our work and want you to be satisfied with the results. That said, some conditions — including but not limited to deeply set stains, prior damage, aged or worn surfaces, mineral deposits, and structural wear — may not be fully removable through standard cleaning or pressure washing methods. We will discuss realistic expectations with you before beginning work whenever such conditions are identified in advance.
Dallas Home Improvement Cleaning Services is licensed and insured. We take reasonable care to protect your property while performing our Services. Please remove or secure fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items from work areas prior to your appointment. Notify us in advance of any pre-existing damage, fragile surfaces, or special conditions we should be aware of.
We may photograph or video before-and-after results of completed work for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. We will not use images that clearly identify your home's address or personal information without your consent. If you prefer that photos or video of your project not be used publicly, let us know and we will honor that request.
This website and its content, including text, images, and videos, are provided for informational purposes about our Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or use content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
