Yes, in most cases, and hard water spot removal is included at no extra charge. Spots that have been left on the glass for many years can etch into the glass permanently, and we'll tell you honestly if that's the case.

White spots are usually minerals left behind when hard water dries on the glass. In the Dallas area, the most common cause is lawn sprinklers spraying the windows.

Household glass cleaner removes dirt and fingerprints, but it doesn't dissolve the mineral deposits left by hard water. Those spots need a treatment designed to break down minerals, which is included with our window cleaning.

Adjust or redirect sprinkler heads so they don't spray the house, and water early in the morning. Having your windows cleaned regularly also keeps minerals from building up and etching the glass.

Fog or moisture between the two panes of a double-pane window usually means the window's seal has failed. Cleaning can't fix that because the moisture is sealed inside the glass, so the window would need to be repaired or replaced by a window company.
